First step class

● People who have not experienced surfing. ● A person who wants to be able to ride the wave by mastering the base of the surfing well. ● People who want to surf safely in the beautiful sea of Okinawa fun. ● Person who wants to experience surfing as an activity of sightseeing trip. ● Those who want to start as a hobby with all kinds of boards from now on. ● Those who have surfing experience, but who have quite a blank.

Student eligibility	Elementary school first grade than healthy people
The time to	90 min course.

After attending the goal	Is the correct way to handle dealing with students after the goal and safety measures and surfboards, can ride in a prone position in the wave can soup (stomach), when it fell under the appropriate timing (get enough speed) speed, push up push down and soup waves can be riding in the correct riding posture

1、安全に、楽しく波乗りを行うために、海の知識、海の安全を覚えましょう

※海の知識（SURF AWARENESS サーフアウェアネス）、海の安全（SURF SAFETY サーフセーフティー）

SURF AWARENESS: 水深、波、風、潮汐、海底の地形、カレントの解説

SURF SAFETY: サーフィンのルール（ワンマンワンウェーブ）、レッスンエリア、海でのサイン、マナー、ボードの危険範囲（海面から顔を出すときはヘッドカバーを行う）

2、安全にゲッティングアウトする方法

初めて波乗りを経験される方や上手くゲッティングアウトが出来ない方に是非、覚えていただきたいテクニックです。
大きな波が急に目の前に来た時は、ボードから素早く降りて、胸にボードを抱え、背中で波を受け、波をスルーさせます。
ボードが離れないようにしっかりと持ち、背中側に体重を預けましょう。

3、プローンポジション（腹ばい）で安全に滑りましょう

・ボードの名称
・レッグロープ（リーシュコード）のつけ方、取り外し方
・プローンポジション（腹ばい）＆正しい手の位置
・ボードの持ち方
・海へのエントリーの仕方、波の対応方法
・波の待ち方
・ライディングからの安全なボードの降り方（スターフィッシュポジション）
・プローンポジションでのライディング
・適切なタイミング（十分なスピードを得る）でプッシュアップ、スピードが落ちた時のプッシュダウンを覚える
